Title: Spawn point scout

Can we please have an F3 scout view for the spawn points? I just think it would make it fair if we can take a look around before we spawn. No icons allowed except friendlies, so you can't abuse it and check out the enemy field. Or turn it so the view is facing away from the base with no icons.

     Don't think you should be able to scout spawns by astrally projecting.  While campers are annoying, it
generally only costs you one vehicle to get the hint.

Have someone roll a plane and "scout".   No "World of Tanks" view is needed.

Take a bomber or C47 and scout in F3 all you want.
