In Stickmapping you need to map the other 4 views.  Pull your clipboard up.. Hit Setup... Stick Mapping.. On the lower left side hit View Keys.  Now you can map the 4 angles to what ever view you would like them.  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

I've got a Sidewinder 3D Pro and what helped wasn't any of that. I dloaded a 7.5 meg file from Microsoft.com which sets up the Sidewinder properly. Before, I'd get odd errors, the hat wouldn't work, or I'd lose buttons. At the moment the URL escapes me, but hit the Microsoft Sidewinder home page and look for it. File name is SWGameEN.exe and should be about 7 megs. Run it when it's done dloading and you'll be fine.
