Title: Nvidia FX 3500 x 2 (SLI)

I have a ATI 5750 1Gb as my standard gaming video card, but I recently got my hands on two NVIDIA FX 3500 cards that can be SLI'd.  Would Aces High run better with the dual SLI'd cards or my single ATI 5750?

No.  The Quadro FX 3500 was released in 2006 and wasn't intended to be used by the consumer market for computer gaming.  The main use of the Quadro was aimed to accelerate CAD and digital content creation (DCC).  Stick with your ATI card.

those are still nice cards though. 256-bit bus 256 meg of DDR3, if you could find someone that does graphics you could easy get 400-500 for the pair.. i googled and saw they are being sold as much as 900.00 for a single card new.

Yes but the newer Quadro 5000 (based on Fermi) will do both. Its cheaper than the FX 5800 and it will do DX11. These cards are intended for large scale CAD work and game building and will play games very well. They also spell the end of the 'Quadro dash' once they get down to a good price point.
