Fall in Northern Texas is approaching! Daytime high temps are forecast to be in the high 70s next week. That means we're about to get our one week of fall, before temps go from high 90s (too hot to do anything outside!) to sub-freezing nasty rainy windy (too cold to go outside and the kids will get sick!).

Don't blink. Blink and you're dead. Don't turn your back. Don't look away. And don't blink. Good Luck.

I love this time of year. I can sleep with all the windows open. One advantage of living out in the country.

I miss that place. I was out there for awhile, and although she doesn't work there anymore, but a friend of mine used to work at the Alberston's store off Walnut Avenue. I was there about the time that food place that is practiually on the same parking lot, caught on fire (I can't remember the name of it now). That was around...Setpember 2006 if I recall correctly.
Small world isn't it.

Wish I could get some decent Autumn weather -- my favorite time of year in these parts. Still in the 90's and humid in the district. :frown:
