Title: How to put it all together?

So, I have all the pieces of film put together but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to make it a High Quality Film.  After putting it all together and uploading it to my You Tube it only comes out to 480p and it looks like crap.  What piece of this puzzle am I missing?  Oh yes, I have Vegas Movie Studio Platform 9.0 as my film editor.  Thanks.

Youtube usually takes some time to process the film, give it a while before you troubleshoot.

Here's how I take it from fraps/film viewer:
Fully maximized film viewer (but NOT full screen)

Fraps:
60fps, full size

Vegas Output:
4.8 mbps 720p HD

Final product:
