Since the "Mosquito Mk VI" and the "Mosquito B.XVI" are aircraft that's made out of "laminated plywood" do you think it should have "Stealth Capabilities (Invisible from Radar)" in the online game Aces High, as well?
-
I don't believe the game's radar system is realistic to what WWII radar was. I believe radar is altered in a manner to encourage game play, thus I see no reason for one particular plane to be effected differently than all the other radar dots out there.

:O I thought back then Radar can only pick up metal.

:headscratch: Mossie had metal on it.

No he is reffering to mention somewhere (Great Planes or some other show) that the mossie didnt show up on German radar and was able to slip in. How true that is I am not sure of. However, I agree with Jayhawk on his one.

If you close your eyes they are. Sheesh.. where were you during Stealth 101? :huh

I am 99% positive planes in ah have no metal. However unless flown below 67 it should show up on dar except for Ava :).

semp is 100% correct, there is not one single plane in AH that contains any metal of any sort. I would explain why but I find it amusing seeing those with very little intelligence trying to figure it out.

That is mean, ack-ack and semp, assuming many of these guys can't think their way out of half a wet paper bag. Everyone knows the reason is that HTC didn't have in stock when they made the planes. Duh :neener:

Clearly they don't have any metal in the sense that they aren't real, and are only images on our computer screens.
And this is just another example of what I'm talking about in the cookie accuracy thread. You're a complete dick without any cause or provocation.

I saw the same show he did, it said that the mossie had "Radar reflecting properties" Idk if it was true or not, but it definatly wasn't invisible to radar.
History channel is wrong most of the time, so don't pay any attention to it.

invisible if you fly under 200 :noid
