Full screen, then click "Print Screen" then paste into Paint and save.

Or if you have fraps use fraps in the same way go full screen and press F10.

But aswell stay inside the cokpit then click on pan then use the arrow and num pad keys to move in a 360* arc up or down or diagonally :)
