Title: October '10 KOTH dates.

October's KOTH dates are set and official, the second weekend of October will be a KOTH weekend.

FriKOTH will be 8 October 2010 @5pm ET. First plane will be the Ta 152H-1.
SatKOTH will be 9 October 2010 @9PM ET with first plane the Bf 109K-4.

KOTHs are held in SEA2.
Hope to see you there for hours of dogfighting fun.

Very much off topic and risking a penalty for doing so but what the heck   :)

Got an email from BigMax and he wanted me to say hello to everyone so... Big Max says "hello"  :D

That is Good to hear, Dave

tell him we miss him in the game and in the KOTH...... to get his ol retired self back here where he belongs  :airplane:   :aok

hope him and his family is doing well and hopefully they are getting along in their new home since all what transpired back then....

He was one of the original AH Koth CM's  as well as one of the 1st AH Trainers and a long time AH community member

if I remember correctly he flew with the Assassins squad in AH ... but he retired from the Navy and stepped away from the game to build his retirement home ...... then Katrina hit during that time.... their are some pictures posted here in this forum about it...

It was BigMax who got me involved with hosting KOTH, you can blame him.  :)
