Title: frame rate drops when presses t
Post by: stealth on October 04, 2010, 05:15:04 AM
When I press T it makes this small kinda unnoticeable scramble noise when I let it go and my screen freezes for like half a second. If I press T like 3 times in a row real quick my 60 frame rate goes to 60 to 38 like that. Also I don't know why but my frame rate drops allot now. My internet connection seems fine. Any ideas or software to see whats going on. My frame rate is always 59-61 it be rare 1/50 to see it go any where away from that. Any ideas on what I should do?

Pressing 'T' causing a drop in FPS means the CPU is either very over-loaded, or your mic is connected to a very low end device, such as a USB port or onboard sound chip, or a combination of both.

stealth, has you frame rate been dropping since the last patch? Both myself and my brother are experiencing huge drops in frame rate as a result of the last patch.
