Title: Screen Freeze

My screen froze the last 3 times I launched AW. Last few years never had a problem. I can launch program, log in, and pick arena. But when it tries to go to arena, screen goes black, erro message pops up that AW has to close. I also lose the mouse at this point and have to reboot.             Any suggestions????

Sounds like AH.  Try to reinstall.  Could be a corrupt file somewhere.

I tried to unintall thru add/remove in control panel.  Error message says "Could not open Install.Log file. Will not let me uninstall. I can't dowload on top of this program, can I?

I downloaded game again and launched. Screen went black again when I tried to enter arena. same as before  Tried to delete game again in control panel but same error message came up and I couldn't delete game  Any suggestions??
