I just sold my 260 on here a few weeks ago.
To be blunt, the 460 I have in now isn't much better and I could of stayed with the 260 I had with little to no difference. Its a great card and that price is about half of retail.

Hi TilDeath,
I'm trying to get together a new gaming system. I noticed the list of Items below from Scotch's list. I think I will get a more powerful power supply based on some of the responses from other posters. Anyway, do you know if your 260 would fit into this case? Is the 260 better then the one listed in these specs. Would the 260 be compatible with all the other components? Forgive me, for my dumb questions, it's been a long time since I've put a computer together.
Thanks,
Eric

Yes the 260 will work on that MB. I do not like the PSU you have chose. Look at 750watts or better, and non modular.

TilDeath, I found a local source I think I'm going to go with. Thanks for your help. That's a great price though!!!

... and non modular.
??? Why non modular?

??? Why non modular?
Modular was a way to go a year and half ago... now for cable management, the single rail (most modular are multi rail) non-modular is the way to go.

I have 1 in the system TD built for me. Can't really tell the difference between it and the 9800GTX+ on my computer because we don't do anything to truly tax them, but it is a good card for the $.
