i think there is another thread about running AH with windows 7. it was a recent thread, i believe i saw it just a couple weeks ago.
maybe you can find some info in there.
i know that after the last patch i had issues with getting it to load the correct mode when i upped a gv instead of a plane. i fixed it by redoing the gv mode while in the tower and then with out upping i signed out completely and then restarted the game. it has worked fine ever since.
dont know if it will cure your issue but maybe its a place to start.

ya tried that nogo
changed keyboard from usb to old nogo
head move tries to move then gets stuck

Make sure nothing is mapped to the FOV (particularly an axis) and that the mouse pan (shift-m I think) is off.
-
ya its all mapped as default still no movement reinstalled to make sure
anybody what to share there saved custom views maybe I can at least force it, Im guessing if there set at least I don't have to move em and maybe I can at least play

Try renaming the "settings" folder to another name and see if the problem goes away. Also, make sure you are not running any kind of anti-xxxx software when you try this.
-
turn off anti and renamed folder no change

What plane? All of them? Is the computer a laptop?
-
Go to control panel/keyboard and to the hardware tab and post what it says there. Also go to control panel/Regional & Language Options/Keyboard and languages tab and click change keyboards to make sure your keyboard layout is set to your language. This is for Vista/XP but I'm pretty sure Win7 is similar.

yes all planes and in tower not a laptop

Is it possible you have a conflicting USB device? Perhaps something that maps in something unusual like a IR Blaster that maps a remote or perhaps a printer control panel?
