Will I need to rebuild my already submitted terrain using the new TE and then resubmit it?

No need to resubmit any terrains.  Anything that is put up on the server will have already been rebuilt by me.

Anyone else observing a dysfunctional import/export of water bitmaps?

And where is the best place to discuss TE glitches?  Here or the Bug Report Forum?
