I'm guessing my nephew who is 101st and the rest of the 101st guys in combat in Afghanistan would prefer to be at a college football game too. Normandy would be a lot safer as well!

Awesome!

I was at the big house when this happened!

:aok

Should have had someone from a real Airborne unit do it. 101st is not an Airborne unit any longer.
Would have been more appropriate for someone from the 82nd Airborne or 173rd Airborne in my opinion. They are the real paratroopers.

Heck noooo I would poo myself!

he almost hit the center perfect, i give it a 9 out of 10 ;)
interesting to see how they have to pull the outer lines to destroy alt rapidly, its different, but same effect.

LOL speaking of dolts. They aren't fighting in Normandy at the moment. The nephew is getting shot at in Afghanistan.
You really wanna discuss the 101st in WW2? And no that wasn't just E/506 :)

Nice video, you have to keep your nerve to jump into that huge crowd. He seemed to get out very high. Usually when I drop the guys into ball games or local events. I drop them from about 3500 feet. This gives them the best chance of getting in without being blown away by some unanticipated high level wind. Plus it give the crowd some excitement as they see the exit more clearly.

Dan don`t waste your time with this genius. :noid
I pray you nephew stays safe  :salute

I would excrete myself as well.
No flippin' way!!

Normandy was all out war. Our boys over in Afghanistan are fighting with their hands tied behind their backs again.
Normandy would have been much worse had our boys been hampered by their own government back then.
So who is the dolt??? Try discussing things with the big boys some time...... leave the name calling at home.
As for the jump.... lots of nerve. Any mishap is on many many cameras. It was nice of you to bring your ball so they could play. :D

Never realized how much work it is to do that. Every home game we have 5 guys jump. They are called the Parapokes. Pokes being the nickname for our team. Well the last home game one of them had his chute collapse low to the ground, and was about 5ft from hitting a tree outside the stadium he came out uninjured. Gotta give it to these guys I would love to do it someday.
