It was a now old AvA map called Karelia, by Kanttori and... I forget the 2nd person.. BlauK maybe?
Yeah, it was amazing for its time IMHO. Had big cities like we got now at the strats, had custom airfields (as the video shows), trenches, and just lots of great little touches that made it look really good.
