Title: How about a calendar?

I use google calendar for my personal schedule and have family and friends with permission to view my schedule. Works great.

An AvA google calendar open to the public would be a great tool. It even has option so that emails for new events are automatically sent to subscribers.

while not knowing how feasible this is......THAT sir is a most excellent idea.  :aok
