Go to The ASSASSIN Files (http://members.xoom.com/_XMCM/rowgue/files.html) page and get:
AHsounds (http://members.xoom.com/_XMCM/rowgue/AHsounds.zip) note: it's a large download

Try these, they have been collected from various games, they include sounds from Panzer Elite, Mig Alley, and Robo's Warbirds collection.
