where do u go to find what version u have?
i run diamond 3D cards...

Go to C:\Program Files\DirectX\Setup\DXdiag.exe and run it.

Or you can select "Run" from the start button in windows and type "DXdiag"

I'll add something here.  In DXdiag the version number for 7 and 7a will look very similar.  Dx7 will end in 0700 and 7a will end in 0716.  You will want to have 7a, NOT 7.0, on your computer.
