Title: Aces High Opening Picture
Post by: BulletVI on November 07, 2010, 05:53:49 PM: Fellas how do you fancy that if Aces High where to hold a 6 monthly compition to have the best ScreenShot as a background picture upon start up of the game. ???

I mean i have seen some brilliant screenshots posted but Hitech and co have never used them for a background on Aces start up. I ask Why. As its our flying and playing of the game that gives them the ability to run the game so why not have a 6 monthly competition where the opening background picture is one of our ScrfeenShot's ?????

Just a Thought whats your take on this ????? :salute

In any case, seeing as you can make your own choice of background, holding a "competition" seems superfluous.

Would it be simple to change the location of the background image into one of the .res files? That way custom backgrounds wouldn't be overridden by patching, like the sounds.
