Title: U.S. Navy Guided Bomb - Bat.

The Bat was used by Privateers and sank ships off Borneo. Bridges in Burma. It would get confused by ground clutter if fired at a target with land as it's background. The second link below shows all of the aircraft that carried the BAT.
