How many Players are still on Dial-up Connections? (low Bandwidth)

I think we can count on a good many who are still on dial-up, especially those in rural agricultural areas nowhere near a town or city with cable. I am in such an area where they barely manage to maintain a steady DSL connection only after you haggle them enough.
