Does anyone have it yet,is it worth buying?
I have a SBLive!Value now,wonder if it would improve enough over my present card to be worth dishing out the cash for it.

Yes, it's worth it.  The sound is richer, the SNR is higher, it uses up MUCH less CPU power.
