Is there a way to get skins to show on other players, all mine show the defaults. I miss an update to the viewer only?

Mine shows default skins to, it has to be the way it is

I'm getting picked skins when I am in the plane.  Any other plane is in default for me.

in the game, options, preferences, and click the box that lets you see others skins.

Its a film viewer bugg.  Its been noted in other threads..
