What if we had arenas separated as we do now but with different looking setups?
For example:
EW (Circa 2005) - The bases of old where it was when I first joined the game when the V-Bases had the 3 hangars together with 3 acks, the old towns with 59 buildings & 6 or 7 acks and the air bases were the ones of old before they changed to what they are now. Radar of old at 25 miles radius 500ft and the old strat system where you take a base and get the cake of troop or ammo strats.
MW (Circa 2008) - Spreading out the hangars at the V-Bases keeping the old look, the old towns with a couple of more ack, moving the strats a little further back but not clumping them, old air bases with a couple of more ack, radar down to 300ft.
LW (Circa 2010) - All the lastest changes with all the crap that has so many in an uproar.
What if it could be done to see where most people would gravitate to so we could have all those pretty graphs and pie charts to see where and what the community likes.
We now have all updates across the board in all arenas which makes little sense to some. Update the arena but have to same old stuff to work with? As time passed through the war, when the areas changed, technology changed. What if it were in keeping with that? EW = old planes, old settings, MW = some changes, some newer a/c, LW = all the changes, all the a/c
Did I fail to mention the WWI arena? What if it didn't exist as before? Maybe save on some resources? What if BP really nutted up and took care of the mess they made here on the gulf coast? What if the United States pulled their troops closer to home and used it's might to take care of it's homeland better instead of poking it's nose around all over the world wasting precious human life? What if I just shut up, climb in the wheelchair, take a spin around the block, come back and see how much bashing this post gets? (What if the graphs, pie charts and face palms start flowing?)

i like the idea with the EW, MW, and LW. As long as there wasn't any kind of caps keeping people from getting in. Or if they just used this new arena setting that they use now instead of caps.

Your idea makes sense, the EW aircraft get ripped apart by the new bases and town acks.
Also it would help with immerstion that as you change from EW->MW->LW you get to see progress not only on the aircraft you use, but the 'developments' to defenses of bases and towns. It may even tempt more people out of the LW area more often. Only problem is the old towns and bases aren't exactly eye candy anymore.

While we're at it, let's remove score from the Early War arena entirely. Or remove Bomber and Attacker scores from the total and only count Fighter.
