Title: Thanksgiving alternative

An alternative to your regular old turkey, or to a fancy turducken even.  Sure, it's a lot of meat, and a lot of calories, and a lot of bacon, but Thanksgiving only comes once a year...

That was one bunch of bacon they tossed on that pig and inside all that other stuff.
