System: PIII-800, 256MB RAM, MoBo MS6163Pro with chipset intel BX, GeForce2 GTS 32MB, drivers video nVIDIA 6.31, SBLive! with updated LiveWare 3.0.
Well, with all the drivers after the 5.14 I get annoying flashes in the lower part of monitor. If I turn V-Sync off the problem doesnt appear anymore. Anyone can explain it?
Thanks for any help.

All I know is that your not suppose to have your v-sync on in AH. They dont work well together. Not sure why...

hi Gatt
I was getting some blocky blue flashing at the bottom of the screen, had to uncheck the Z buffer option. Also enabled the Alternate depth buffering.
Might find more info here www.tweak3d.net/faq/#hw:gef:troub:sound (http://www.tweak3d.net/faq/#hw:gef:troub:sound)

Nada, tried everything and still one third of the screen flashes. I'm back with 5.13 drivers ... I cant fly with V-sync off, lot of micro-warps and bad graphics.
Thanks anyway.

read my thread on the blue "vsync" problems earlier, get the tool and try the beta "vsyncsceneon" solution. Worked for me

Got the stuff, I'll try it this evening. Thank you all.

Gatt, don't quit, C.202 are my favorite kills and the italian four letter words just sound like music. I get my kicks from seeing italianos or frenchies trying to swear. Sounds like lullababies ;-)
