i was wondering on how i could create my own profile pic for the forums. the one i have now was created for me. if you can tell me how to create one that would be nice, thanks

GIMP will do the trick. I think Photoshop is better but not as user friendly as GIMP. You basically can select a pic you have on file, resize it and doctor it the way you want. GIMP is free BTW where photoshop is not. :salute

I think it's limited to 80 x 80 pixels as well. If you get frustrated pm me. I've made a few.
Although I think that pic you're rocking is seriously cool :aok

thanks ill have to redownload GIMP is that also how you can edit screen shots too? If yes do you know of any tutorials on youtube? Those would help greatly, thanks again

Editing screenshots can be done in GIMP and Windows Paint. Paint is more then likely in your programs already, so no need to download anything for that.
I agree with Dic ( :lol can I say that?) The pic u have now is pretty cool.

I've never used GIMP. I'm using Paintshop Pro for simple stuff, Photoshop 7 for more detailed work or when I want to use a funky font, or CS when I REALLY want to make it look good.
Here are examples of my current favorite fonts.

I'm only average but avatars and nose art are relatively simple once you've done one or two.

You can also make your own gun sights using Gimp

To use any of these... right click an image and save it to your hard drive then copy and paste it into your sights folder in AH
