Title: Weaponology tank that i can't find

I was watching weaponolgy tonight, and there was an M4 tank that had the wrods "Bellowing squeak" written on the barrrel of the skin, I think its a really cool skin to have on the game. The only problem? I can't find ANYTHING on it..... i've looked for about 30 minutes and cant find anything.
