i have watched the videos on how to make a movie but when i have the film viewer going and i try to record it to fraps, it either doesnt record or doesnt save. it turns red for a second then back to yellow and when i check the folder there is nothing there. any suggestions because im stumped? :headscratch:

What are your computer specs?

Make sure you have enough writable space on your hard drive. The default folder for fraps movies to be recorded in is usually C: drive / Fraps / Movie Folder.

The movie files are big files so you need to have enough space.

Try recording your AH file using Fraps at half size with no sound at 30 fps and see if you can capture a film.

It might also help to have a separate hard drive (not just a partition on your system drive) so that Fraps doesn't have to contend with Windows for writing on the system disk.

no you have to move all the aces high files, films, and screen shots (that you want like skins and missions), so they don't get deleted and reinstall the hole thing.
