Title: account has been locked?

title basically says it all, i know i didnt pay for online for a month because i didnt have enough money to pay for it, but i tried to get online to pay and its keeps saying account has been locked, if any one could help me out here i would appreciate the help.

Like you try to select "Account Administration" from the start-up clipboard?

You might want to e-mail billing@hitechcreations.com

Or, read their billing policy, you may have to create a new account.

ok thanks ill send them an email and hopfully will be able to get back in the air in the next day.
