Ok I have seen this over peoples names as of late and I am curious as to why that is. I know stupod question.

These are both categories Skuzzy created to let people know that they are being watched closely for violations of the BBS rules of behavior. Those who've gotten those labels have already crossed the line often enough that the Boss is letting them know - do it again, and you're Persona Non Grata (PNG- No longer allowed to post on the boards).
The Parolees are folks who have been PNG'd but have been allowed to come back. Probation I think is for folks who could have been PNG'd but responded to a Good Talking To from Skuzz....at least well enough to be given a chance to reform.

Parolees - People that have been PNGed after films or screen shots of them with HTs sheep have been turned in. Not any sheep. There is a special kind up in the mountains that is only for official use. IN any case, they were allowed back after participating into a 12 step rehab program.
Probation - People that have been reported to look around the mountains for the special sheep, have been reported to to say they would find it, etc. Basically there is no proof yet but they are, how do I say it, "a person of interest" to HT and staff.

A lot of the "Parolees" were PnG'd before HTC switched to a new BBS. They were un-PnG'd after that automaticly after the switch over if I recall. If not Im fine with talking out my bellybutton about it.

I always thought probation's were just minor dweebs, while parolee's went all the way to PlaidDweebness............... .
