On Saitek Help web site there are drivers that make the X36 and X45 come to life under Win2000 and WinXP. I have it loaded and programmed the same as the old sge interface was. Only real differrence is you have to hold the pinkie switch to go into shift mode. All button are now active. Dont know about the rotary switches yet I havent used them.
here is the web site for those who dont have it yet. http://saitekhelp.simhq.com/ (http://saitekhelp.simhq.com/)

I use the Dauzhimer driver off saitekhelps web site and the Text based Hazardscript from same to program my stick the way I had it before. The only difference is you have to hold the pinkie switch to shift mode now.

What does that mean? You cant just switch modes using the mode switch on the throttle, you have to hold down the pinky switch at the same time? Pinky switch continuously toggles mode? Throttle mode switch doesnt work at all? A function of your written program or a limitation of the hazard program? If mode doesnt work than it's not worth the effort I would think.

ok, read the boards, got it. You were looking for a another mode...m1 plus shift, giving you 6 modes total instead of just 3, m1, m2, m3.....right?
