Title: Happy Jack's Go Buggy

So i was wondering who could make Happy Jack for the 38 seeing as how ill never see it as a 51 skin? :aok


P.S. i cant make skins for the life of me :cry

If I recall correctly, there already is one for the 38J...

There used to be - it was rotated out a long while ago.   Art Heiden's "Lucky Lady" has the same color scheme though.
