Does this bbs have an ignore feature?

If so how do I use it?

Search and help section doesn't seem to reference anything about an ignore feature.

Yes. Go to your profile, then select "personal message options". You can then enter all the names you want to ignore. It doesn't work on personal messages only, but also on forum posts.
