Title: JG 54 - B-17 busters

We are looking for 109 and 190 pilots. Gruppe III/ JG 54 has a great heritage. It was the second highest scoring German squadron during the war, fighting from the Battle of Britain, to Russia, ending the war piling up B-17s over Europe.

Our current members are mature, veteran pilots from the US and Europe. We generally keep a kill to loss ratio above 1, which you will note most pilots are not able to do. We do not expect anyone to be expert but disciplined. Flying squad tactics is essential. Right now we are flying Battle of Okinawa and in two hops we have managed 49 kills already.

Either respond to this or PM me if you are interested. We are looking for rookies to train properly. Takes too much time to break bad habits. Let me know if you are interested.

I believe there is already a JG54 in game, unless your are that JG54.

there is already a "JG-54", no stab group.   He is ok what he is doing.

This is a BOG Scenario recruitment effort, not a new 54th for the game.

Oh, why don't he post this on the general discussion.  Would have better luck having ppl to join.

Thanks for clarifying. In the regular game I am with Loose Deuce. I am only recruiting for Gruppe III/ JG 54 for the Battle Over Germany scenario, NOT a new squad in the game. I'm really happy with Loose Deuce, which has a few of the Fatherlands best flying for it.

Thanks for the feedback and as a minimum I hope Germany can fill all of the gruppes.
