Title: X-mas wishes

1.  Re-model the graphics on more of the older planes.

2.  Give us that little Aussie, the Boomerang.

3.  Change the coad so that CV puffy ack only detonates over water.  It sucks when you can't get over 3k to defend your own field.

4.  Enable tracer selection in the hangar like gun convergence.
