Title: What is that in the middle of Tank Town?

  I was flying around in offline mode, doing a little exploring, and I ran across something that I have been curious about.  What is that group of structures right in the middle of the map, in the middle of tank town?

I don't know of which "tank town" exactly you are talking about (several maps do have a place informally known as TT), but I guess you are just looking at the town on Ndsiles or Trinity which gave Tank Town it's name. It's just a place to fight in and has no specific purpose.
