I successfully upgraded my Bh6 MB.

Thank you all for your help on this and other topics.  Dont know how much I appreicate you taking the time to explain each thing.  THANK YOU

Okay I am ready to order a CPU for my BH6 Motherboard.  nyone got suggestion which to go with PIII or Celeron the highest one i can use for this BH MB ill will buy.

Go to CPU database (http://www.overclockers.com/home.asp) and browse thru the O/C stats.

 I also have a BH6 and will probably get a Celeron II 633mhz - most of them will run 950mhz w/o problem.

There are suspected *heavy* price cuts on Intel processors in the near future.. I'd look and see if PIII gets cheaper.

Even as I myself have a celeron667@901 and am quite happy playing with it, I still know that it matches about the performance of a PIII600 even when overclocked. OTOH if youre planning to buy an AMD system in the near future, get a Celeron667 like mine.. They come cheap and overclock to 950Mhz or even 1Ghz with a proper cooler. I use Golden Orb and it posts at 1Ghz but won't load OS.
