Title: AcesHigh.exe has stopped working?

Just got back in to the game and my game play has been rudely interrupted after a week of play by this message on start up. The game only opens white window and then this message displays over it and thats it. Any help would be appreciated. Also with XP I used to ger dx diag copied and used for diagnostics what do you do with windows 7

never mind I did some researc and changed compatibility mode and it works now
