Huh?  AH "films" are only viewable in the game engine.

Any in-game film with the extension ".ahf" is only viewable by the game itself, not any external player.  Never has been.

To view a .ahf file, place it in your Aces High\films directory, then launch AH and choose Film.  Press Open, select the file, and away you go.  Be sure to turn "trails" on and use your external views for great ACM illustrations.  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Thx for the quick response to my stupid question (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif) If your still close by I got another (stupid question that is)..how do you install ram. Label on it says observe precautions for handling electrostatic sensitive devices...what would those precautions be?

Ram is really easy to install.  Just open the case and you will see an empty socket about 8" long.  There will be other ram chips nearby.

As for ESD safety, that means static electricity.  If you don't have a wrist strap there are a few procedures you should follow.  First:  Never touch any of the gold pins on the bottom of the chip.  Second: Before handling any of the components, turn off and unplug your tower.  Open the case and install the ram chip while touching the metal part of the case as much as possible.  Also do not work on carpet or other staticy areas.

Ram chips usually have two clips on the edges of the socket.  They are also keyed to only fit one way into their sockets.  You just have to open the latches, insert the ram chip and push down evenly on both sides.  The latches should begin to rotate up into position as the chip goes down.  Once it's in, just make sure the latches have closed completely.
