There were less Nits than Rooks.

sigh

50 players can be 10% 100% or 1000% advantage. It doesn't say anything. It's all about relative numbers. Look the population percentages.
Yes, 100 to 50 players is not the same as 350 to 300, even if it's both 50 players more ;)

     Sounds about right to me.

"something like that" isn't that much of help. ;)

But let me say it this way: ENY limiter works the same for all countries all the time. While there are occasionally players that do claim otherwise, they usually only refer to absolute advantage too "yesterday we had only 20 more and same ENY", or simply do not show any reliable numbers (by screenshot).

well with 10 less people the nits  had 0 eny also   even though they had almost 40 more then the rooks as well? i am not following how the envy is really working? or calculating  it right.

We had this discussion before, even with actual formulas 7 coading by HT... I just can't find it  (dam broken board search)

ENY doesn't start unless some threshold is crossed. From then it builds up pretty quick. In your example 150 bish, 138 nits, 100 rook  it's  38.7%, 35,6% and 25.8%. ENY for a country is calculated by your country % compared to smallest country %.
And always, really always, use percentages, not absolute numbers.

But then without actual screenshots we only can speculate.

It's all about ratios.  The numbers are irrelevant.

"A five ounce bird cannot carry a one pound coconut."

But what if two birds collaborated.  Perhaps carrying the coconut by its husk?

Once again how many are up has nothing to do with it.

No, but an ANT can carry over 10 times its own wait.  Whats your point?

So if we add the coconut, bird and ant you would get 21.01 oz ish.

So the coconut would be 76.154% of the mass
The bird would be 23.798%
And the ant comes in at .048%

How many perks would the ant need to eat to carry the bird and the coconut?

Sorry I dont understand ENY, but  if any side is out numbered there should be some kind of ENY. This below is bull for any side.
Taken few minutes ago in our wonderful off hours arena.

see that 38.2 vs 28.2 thats 10% right where it starts to kick in, IIRC. if you checked 30 seconds later and it went 10.1% i bet you would see some eny (very low tho)

Once again how many are up has nothing to do with it.

Once again you obviously have no clue how ENY is determined.

I'm confused. Are you saying that coconuts are migratory?

Considering what he said appears to be true, I'm curious as to where you're getting that. The InFlight number has no noticable effect on ENY. If it actually does have some effect, it needs to be cranked way up.

Having ENY restrictions when half your country is picking their nose in the tower and thereby evening out the number actually fighting never made much sense to me.

ENY??? whats ENY? :lol

just fly something with a lower number or change sides if youre a side changer [yes, i get squads stay one sided sometimes. My squad does (although we never complained about ENY :D )]

So what ENY would the coconut have?

It would depend on if the Swallow carrying the coconut was African or European.

You best go learn about eny. The whole country that has the highest amount of players could be in the tower and eny would still be in effect
Has to do with how many are logged in not how many are "IN FLIGHT"

But ok Rino you explain to me "how ENY is determined"

Naturally, the European swallow is porked because "everyone knows HT favors US birds"   :t

It's NOT a question of where it grips it.  It's a simple matter of weight ratio.  A 5 ounce bird COULD NOT carry a 1 pound coconut.  That's my point.
