have a big problem.i use the ch combatstick+prothrottle+propedals. in games like
EAW, WB and AH, my stick does very short impulses at the X.axis (left-right?). have newest drivers from CH, calibrated it in win98 and AH. in AH i see, that the xaxis submits impulses when the stick is in neutreal position. so i've to set the death bar slider really hight to get a really "death" stickmovement. thought that stick has a failure, but when using thrustmaster drivers from windows, stick works exactly without any movements in neutreal position. but with this drivers, i can't use the buttons and coolie-hats like i wish.
any suggestions to stop stick movements in neutreal position?
PS: have celeron 400, gameport is SB16
gameport
will a seperat gamecard fix the problem?

Wastel,
I bought a separate CH game card and ALOT of my CH stick probs went away, I can't address the hat/coolie prob. since I never had that problem, My fighter stick is programmable so I can assign any view to them, but the slight spiking I had disappeared.
One note about CH stuff and AH, make SURE you run the CH application to center your JS, then run the Wincenter that comes with CH products, then run AH JS routine. If you do it in any other order, you may get undesired results.\
I can't express to you enough how a FIGHTER stick is so much better than a Combat stick when flying this particular sim, you need 16 views programmed into the multiple hats of a fighter stick for top notch combat awareness...it's worth the $89.00!!
Good luck!
