Title: "Jeez 51 fight the 38 at 111" -Fringe
Post by: muzik on January 06, 2011, 07:21:38 PM
Here ya go Fringe.

Like I said, you had alt and/or an E advantage the whole time. And though it may appear that I was "running," I was doing nothing of the sort. I fully intended to kill you and it was only a matter of circumstance that I extended in the direction of my team mates. You were the one who refused to fully engage.

Only a fool would have climbed up to a 38 and tried to engage him low E. So here's your film.

And here's your song.

I have respect for both players, but what is the point of posting it? Pardon me for saying this, but it seemed kind of a battle of egos... :noid

What is the point of taunting someone on 200 for not flying the way you want them to? For example "geez 51 fight the 38" or "sorry you dont have friends to run to."

He suggested that a pony was running when in fact he was the one being timid. I was merely climbing to even the fight and baiting him to engage. I gave him every opportunity to engage which he failed at several times. He even said it was a coalt fight.

Now either he lied out-right or he was just a confused. Either way, just as I would defend my cartoon plane, I will defend my cartoon integrity. As you have already seen, he brought it, I just defended myself.

I posted this film because it was funny. So keep your 5th grade psych assessment to yourself Rogent because I dont give a @#$% what you think of my ego!

First off, get off the high horse there my friend. Second of all, what did you expect to happen if you posted it on here? And if you don't care about what people say about your ego, then why did you get all mad when you know someone is going to respond? It seems your little rant about my response was little childish. If you don't like other people's opinions, don't post something like this on the forum. It is just common sense.

Muzik will learn, as you get better your ego gets bigger... till it all comes crashing down.

The way you worded it was indication of your getting riled up over simple obersvation was all. If someone acts like a douchbag towards me on here or in the game, I treat them like one. I'm also sorry you take everything so seriously, including the game. Anyway, yes, I will find you eventually in the game whenever it is i can get back into it  :salute

hmmm... this behavior is a repeat of when Ack-ack told Muzik to ask me for tips on flying 109s....

Muzik... your ego is getting the best of you... and burning bridges across the cartoon skies.

I can always rely on Muzik to give me a competitive fight. So I don't mind how big his ego gets. He is a great guy, and a great stick, but notice that I said he is a "guy" and that is synonymous with Ego and Pride which goes for almost all of us who play this game.

For anyone interested, let me share a little story with you about a boy called bunnies. First of all keep in mind that a bunny is very much like another small, hairy thing that humps a lot.

At one time I was cool with this fuzzy little play thing! We dueled extensively for the fun of it and to brush some rust off at times. He is a decent stick. We had some very challenging fights in all types of aircraft. So if I lost it was no big deal, it was all in fun practice. We laughed a lot.

As I am sure he did, I frequently pushed limits that I wouldnt have pushed in the MA unless the mood struck me. I flew aircraft in ways that were inconsistent with its strengths in an effort to see just how far I could stretch the envelope. That being said, our duels were all over the board. Some days he would clean my clock. Other days it was the opposite. Sometimes I just didnt try that hard because contrary to some opinions, it's not fun for me to beat the crap out of people that I am on good terms with. I've flown into a guys guns during duels they were so bad.

And then one day, I killed the little bunny in his uberific k4 in the MA. He immediately and angrily chimed in on 200 because he had run out of gas seconds before I killed him. He apparently felt that because he was running home I should have let him go as if he would have done the same for anyone in the MA. He also said he called out "no gas" on 200. I dont know about others, but when Im 1.5 or less off of someones six and closing I dont usually watch the text buffer. I also dont beg for mercy on 200 because I stayed in the fight too long when I should have RTB'd.

I personally have been run down and picked by him many times in a variety of scenarios in which he knew he had the deck stacked in his favor. So I know for a fact that he is not the upstanding, principled player he claims to be. But in spite of that, I merely chased him down just as I would any enemies who participate in a furball like that day.

So the fight went on and I soon found a little boy all by himself on the deck in a 38j. I killed him as well and soon he was looking for revenge. Next thing I know this little boy in the 38 turned into the 200 warrior and began trying to provoke on 200. He said that I was mad because the "bunnies" was better than I was. In all honesty this did hit a nerve with me, but not because I had the slightest care what he said. I had beat him badly in the DA just days earlier and he was obviously not happy about it so he started ranting.

I was rather irked because this little 38 boy had never participated in my duels with bunnies, he was not close with bunnies, and had no first hand knowledge that his statement was true or not. I knew bunnies well enough to know what kind of guy he was and I realized that someone I was on very good terms with would actually stoop so low as to instigate that exchange on 200 by telling the 38 boy to say such a thing.

Bunnies played as if he had no part in the 38 boys ranting on 200. He sat back and watched most of the time but would occasionally chime in. It was like watching a short, weak little man call his big brother out to fight his battle, then hide behind looking for opportunities to sucker punch. I was pretty disgusted with his behavior. I had never begrudged him for killing me even when it was a cheap kill and then he goes to this extreme to vent his passive-aggressive frustration.

And still today he is so consumed with whether he is actually "better" than me that he has humped my ankle in several posts. Note his comment...

hmmm... this behavior is a repeat of when Ack-ack told Muzik to ask me for tips on flying 109s....

Muzik... your ego is getting the best of you... and burning bridges across the cartoon skies.

There was nothing similar about the incidents he compared, but he needed an opening to inject a boast about himself in public view.

Note how he not so smoothly says that I need tips on flying 109s from him.

Notice how the self glorification comes FIRST in his mind and his comment rather than addressing the issue (my ego) that is supposedly why he is commenting at all.

And actually that is not what akak said that day, but he used akaks name to disguise the comment as an opinion of another person so he didnt have to come out and say it himself. That would be egotistical. akak NEVER watched bunnies and I duel and I rarely fly 109s, so there is only one place that little fantasy could have come from. Guess anyone?

Especially during early encounters, sometimes you meet opponents that arent willing to accept that defeat is possibly the result of someone being more skillfull. When they lose, they often say things like "man I suck" or something like "I am so out of practice." If he missed a shot because I saw it coming and ducked away from it he would say "I cant believe I missed that" or "I shoulda had you." And not only with me. I've seen him saying  similar things on 200.

Sure people say things like that on occasion, but at some point it becomes an excessive and telling behavior. Not to say that these are the only hints you might see.

When I lose I wonder how I screwed up. When a guy just cant understand how he could lose to you, he obviously feels superior to you and that your wins are just flukes or a bad day. And one day that kind of guys true nature shows itself.

So I will admit here that one day not too long ago I lost my cool on 200 and it wasnt the first time. I will also admit that my ego does play a part in my behavior just as pacman wisely stated. But I did not lose my cool because a silly spiteful victim tried to bruise my ego. It was because I ran into a two-faced passive-aggressive kitty with delusions of righteousness that night and I saw it coming all along!

LOL :rofl :rofl :rofl

Did you get into BiPoLaR's meds?

I started to throw in sucker punches only after you went on a ego fueled tirade when Ack-Ack said
"Ask bunnies or the Muppets on how to fly a 109".

That bruised your little cartoon ego and you went off on 200 because you felt you were above me. So after that, I threw in pot shots when appropriate because your behavior was insulting if not a down right betrayal.

Now you post some delusional garbage, imagining that I was feeding Ack-Ack lines....lol

your fight was with Ack-Ack... I was never telling Ack-Ack anything (despite what you imagine)... it was you and him... but he  was :ahand it too you and you subsequently went after me.

Ironicly...
Ack-Ack is having the last laugh because he got in between our good times, but considering the betrayal.. its just as well.
