Title: CV Command

There are times when attempting to take command of a CV group it is not possible because someone else has command.  the problem is that the person that has command, their game id does not show in the command line and one is forced to ask repeatedly "who has the Conn of TG xx"  My understanding is that this only happens if at the time you joined the game, someone already had command of the CV.  This has got to be a bug and it's been present as long as I can remember and I've been playing a very long time, coming on 10 years now.  All other buffers are refreshed and things like the roster lists and tower lists  are updated.  Why can't the Command line for the Take Command screen show the correct information?

The higher ranked u are the less people can take the CV from you

That's not the point of the OP or the bug.  Regardless of whether you have sufficient rank or not, sometimes there is no name listed next to a TG and makes it look like nobody's in control, when in fact there is someone in control.

O my fault, never had this issue though I just yell "MOVE THE CV" lol
