got some G35 headphones for christmas when i press vox in game dolby switches off :uhoh
If minimize game it comes on again, i use vent also this does not affect dolby surround only vox in game channels :frown:

will do when i get in from work :salute

The game may not support Dolby. I believe you also select the surround effect ingame which may overwirte the headphones as well.
-
Dolby is listed ingame as well as 7.1 suuround, Headphones are Full Dolby until vox range and chanel are used then subwoofer etc are nulled.
I use vent this does not reduce sound quality of headphones only in game vox channels do :frown:

zack i have the same headphones, I use dolby surround with no problems. which seems weird to me that you have problems with it. I think it might be a setting you have on the sound options withing the game. also do you press a key to talk or is there a button on the stick you press.

I play with it more later and let you know if i find any thing esle out ,..... I had no problems with dolby switching on and off when i use vox.

ok I did notice that surround sound does go on/off by itself. it will switch to stereo then comeback, occasionally. not sure why.
