Title: Wav file editor

Can someone suggest a good cheap (free?) wav file creator/editor.  My old PC had a SB card in it and it came with an editor but my newer PC does not have this application and I miss not having one.  My sound chip is on the motherboard.

I got mine from old sb awe64 driver cd. Program is "Wave-studio".

The problem that I have is that most of the SB applications will not work if it detects that you do not have a SB card.
