Sounds like potential resource issues.  A DXDIAG output would be helpful in starting to diagnose the issue.

Spitfreak, it sounds as though your video settings are set higher than your computer is capable of running with in game.

Go into your video settings when you first launch the game (before you log in even, select video settings from the very first window that opens when you launch the game), and set your max texture size to 512 and set your screen resolution to 1024X768.

If you are unable to get to this first window due to really slow mouse reaction do this:

Go into the HTC  aces high folder and open it. Find the settings folder in there and open it, then delete the video8cfg file there. This will cause the game to prompt you to set your video settings the next time you launch it.

Your mouse is slow because your settings have been set to high for some reason.

Hope this helps.

cheers,
RTR

If it's sluggish, slow and "doesn't react on time" it may just be the mouse itself. This has happened to a few of my friends who've had the old ball-type mouse. Same symptoms. It may be worth thinking about if you have an old ball-style mouse. What happened was the cylinders that picked up the ball movements were dusty and just worn out.

Like Skuzzy said, you should probably post a DXDIAG in case it actually is a strain on resources.

yes you have it, everyone does, it is a report on your computer hardware and software. after it open on the bottom is a button to save the info. Click it and save it to your desk top. Then open the new file with notebook and copy and paste the first third of the info here on the boards. We don't need all the info, just up to and including the sound devices section.
