Title: can anyone tell me why some FW190 are painted red on underside?

can anyone tell me why some FW190's are painted red on underside?i see a few paint scemes on our skin list and was just wondering what it was used for or why.

ID for the flak gunners.  Those were 190D9s that flew cover for 262s taking off and landing

they were stationed in the north pole, candy cane camo  :noid
