Title: HOTAS and electrical noise
Post by: qts on March 15, 2000, 04:49:00 PM
At the moment I'm using a Saitek Cyborg 3d USB which is okayish. What I'd like to do is get my Suncom Talon, SFS Throttle, and CH Pro Pedals working. The problem is that I can have either the throttle or the pedals working but not both. The problem manifests with the pedals not being read correctly and jittering on the stick. It was ok on my last PC - and still is. I've tried swapping gameports / sound cards, updating / downdating joystick drivers etc.

I'm beginning to think that the problem is due to electrical noise or interference. Does this sound reasonable? How can I obviate it? How can I prove it?
