Title: Which aircraft?
Post by: JunkyII on January 18, 2011, 03:00:21 PM
Can hold the slowest speed while sustaining flight. I was fulling around in a Brew last night and was holding a Brew at 10Ft above the ground while going maybe 55 TAS. I know the F4U can do a similar move but which has the slowest?

I think the corsair may have the ability to fly the slowest, but I do not feel like it turns the tightest at those speeds.

As big and heavy the Mosquito Mk6 is, it can maintain ~75 mph with stable controls. A P38 can yield same results as well, mainly do lack of engine torque effects and the wonders of fowler flaps.
